Quebec Premier’s Resignation Adds to Credit Uncertainty, Says Morningstar

The sudden resignation of Quebec Premier Francois Legault is a new source of uncertainty for the French-speaking province as the separatist Parti Quebecois rises in polls, credit rating agency Morningstar DBRS said.
