Seven people were displaced when a four-alarm fire tore through a multifamily home in Chelsea Tuesday night, officials said.
Firefighters went to 58 Cottage St. around 7 p.m. Tuesday, Deputy Fire Chief Stephen Purcell said Wednesday.
By 10:30 p.m., four alarms had been struck and the fire had damaged the exterior of an adjacent building, Purcell said.
No residents or firefighters were injured, he said. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
