Trump says Gaza ‘board of peace’ formed, members to be named 'shortly'

US President Donald Trump said on Thursday he had formed a Gaza “board of peace,” a phase two element of a US-backed plan to end the war in the Palestinian territory. Trump said members would be announced shortly and the body would oversee a Palestinian technocratic committee managing post-war Gaza.
