Al Suwaidi: Want to Mobilize More Capital in Global South

Abu Dhabi's climate investment platform Alterra is planning a new $1.2 billion co-investment vehicle, with Spain's BBVA committing $250 million as a strategic partner. The fund is part of the UAE's broader push to mobilize private capital into climate-aligned investments across infrastructure, private equity and private credit.
